Experience : 6 Years to 8 Years Location : Chennai (Siruseri) Shift Timing : UK Shift Mandatory Skill : COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer (CICS as major experience) with strong analytical and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mainframe technologies and be comfortable working in a shift-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support applications using CICS and VSAM Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of mainframe applications Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions Participate in production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CICS and VSAM Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of mainframe application development Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work in rotational shifts Good to Have Skills Experience in the Retail domain Exposure to Agile methodologies Experience working with services/APIs B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA Need candidates with 6 years of experience as expected by the customer.
