What the day will look like As a key member of our dynamic team, you will manage a portfolio of high-profile clients and navigate complex Construction & Infrastructure claims with precision and expertise. You will: Own a portfolio of high-value Construction & Infrastructure claims from inception to resolution, delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. Give proactive advice and guidance on coverage issues to clients and Aon network offices, presenting and advocating the best strategy to settle and conclude claims. Communicate at the highest standard, working closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to keep claims handling efficient. Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, helping build a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulation and best practice to strengthen Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation. Skills and experience that will lead to success Extensive Construction, Energy or Engineering claims handling experience, ideally gained in a reputable insurance, broking or adjusting organisation. Proven track record of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients and stakeholders. A strong understanding of Construction insurance principles, policies and procedures. Impeccable administration and organisational skills. An ACII or ACILA qualification is preferred. 2579102
