Como Agentforce Sales Specialist, você será o especialista técnico-comercial responsável por levar a visão de agentes autônomos de IA aplicados a vendas. Você trabalhará em parceria com os Account Executives "core" para acelerar pipeline e fechar negócios de Agentforce. O que você vai fazer Atuar como overlay especialista em Agentforce em parceria com AEs core, identificando e desenvolvendo oportunidades dentro da carteira existente. Conduzir descoberta de necessidades e qualificação técnico-comercial, conectando dores do cliente (produtividade de vendas, cobertura de pipeline, automação de tarefas) à solução Agentforce. Apresentar demos e construir narrativas de valor de negócio para stakeholders de vendas, CX e liderança executiva. Desenvolver e executar planos de conta em conjunto com AE, SE (Solution Engineer) e CSM. Colaborar com Solution Engineering em POCs, validações técnicas e casos de uso customizados. Manter pipeline, forecast e atividades atualizadas no CRM com rigor. Contribuir para estratégias de GTM, enablement e feedback de produto junto ao time de especialistas. O que buscamos Experiência comprovada em vendas de soluções SaaS, com histórico de superação de metas. Vivência em modelo de vendas por especialização/overlay, colaborando com AEs core. Capacidade de traduzir conceitos técnicos de IA/automação em valor de negócio claro, do usuário final ao C-level. Familiaridade com o ecossistema Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce) é um diferencial forte. Fluência em português; inglês avançado é desejável (interações com liderança global). Diferenciais Certificações Salesforce relacionadas a Agentforce e IA. Experiência prévia em contas do segmento EBU / Enterprise ou em ciclos de vendas de maior complexidade.
