We are seeking a Tableau Account Specialist based in Colombia to drive growth across Salesforce’s analytics portfolio within Mid-Market accounts in Central America , part of the Emerging Markets region. The ideal candidate brings: consultative enterprise software or SaaS sales experience—preferably 3–5 years in quota-carrying roles—with a proven record of achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing accounts; experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data platforms is a plus. Candidates should be AI-savvy, with a practical understanding of generative AI, AI agents, and how trusted, governed data and analytics support reliable AI outcomes. They should be comfortable discussing AI use cases with customers and using AI tools to improve account research, prospecting, and sales productivity. This person will develop and execute territory plans, generate and qualify pipeline, uncover business challenges and use cases with measurable impact, build relationships with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-level executives, and own the full sales cycle through negotiation and close. Will identify opportunities across existing Salesforce and Tableau customers and new accounts, partnering closely with Core Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and channel partners to position Tableau within a broader data and AI strategy. We are looking for a resourceful, entrepreneurial, resilient, coachable, and customer-focused professional who can translate technical concepts into business value, deliver compelling presentations and initial product demonstrations, and maintain disciplined CRM management and accurate forecasting. Fluency in Spanish, a university degree or equivalent relevant experience, and availability to travel across Central America are required; professional English proficiency and commercial knowledge of the region are desirable.
