Together, we are shaping the future. ABOUT THE ROLE At EPI, we are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our Operations Machining team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Perform in-process measurements and visual inspections. Load/unload materials and conduct machine changeovers. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning. Complete production and quality records accurately. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S requirements. Support continuous improvement and minimize machine downtime. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma, Trade Certificate, or equivalent. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience. Experience operating 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC machines. Knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC programming. Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
