## Description

Monitor and manage assigned portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection. Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding overdue invoices. Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection activities based on risk and outstanding balances. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes, and account issues. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments. Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aged receivables, and cash forecasts. Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management as required. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance collection efficiency and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable. Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and collection practices. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
