About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator to support Lending Fulfillment Operations as part of Wholesale Operations . Lending Fulfillment Operations focuses on loan closing and system of record input across the various products and lines of business. In this role, you will: Ensure credit file documentation and system records are accurate, complete, and up to date Interact with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management partners to complete financial spreads in accordance with established policies and procedures Perform credit investigations to identify, assess, and communicate risks related to companies and industries Receive direction from Commercial Banking Portfolio Management supervisor and escalate noncompliant issues Respond to banker inquiries by researching and obtaining information from available sources as needed Review financial statements and analyze accounting information to support credit evaluations Required Qualifications: 1+ year of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Accounting or finance experience Ability to read and interpret financial statements Experience analyzing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Tax Returns Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Experience with one or a combination of the following systems: Automated Financial Systems (AFS); FLO; Hogan; Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP); LoanIQ; nCino; Optimist; Store Vision Platform (SVP); Wholesale Banking Reporting System (WBRS) Job Expectations: Ability to work additional hours as needed Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations Relocation assistance is not available for this position This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Posting Location: 2800 S.
