Establish a working relationship with the GC, AE and provide them with an overview of Owner's needs, goals, requirements Facilitate review of key documentation and relevant procedures Monitor that the works are being carried out in accordance with agreed method statements Monitor allocation of construction resources in consideration of relative priorities and to meet the construction program Serve as the central point of contact between the OWNER, contractors, vendors, to ensure clear and transparent communication Proactively identify and mitigate risks (e.g., site conditions, regulatory changes, material availability) Address emerging issues and conflicts promptly, guiding resolution while prioritizing the OWNER’s interests Provide recommendations for corrective actions or recovery plans as needed Diploma or bachelor's degree in civils, structural, architectural or related field 10 years’ minimum relevant experience in construction management Experience in Data Center projects will be considered an advantage Good HSES awareness and commitment without any compromise in safety Good team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill Good Problem solving - Ability to identify problems, determines possible solution, and actively works to resolve issues Good Decision making - Knowledge of and ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and / or reaching conclusions. Ability to take action consistent with available facts, constraints and anticipated consequences Good English language communication and reporting skills Ability to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities Willing to work extended hours including weekends
