Wood Thailand is seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Construction Quality Lead to contribute to successful delivery of a major data centre project, as part of Thailand’s critical digital infrastructure for a key global client partner. This role will be based onsite in Nong Yai, Chonburi, Thailand and is anticipated to be a 2-year fixed-term contract, with positions available for commencement in mid-January 2027 and mid-April 2027 . You will work closely with the General Contractor (GC), subcontractors, commissioning teams and client stakeholders to ensure quality standards are achieved, issues are proactively addressed and facilities are delivered right the first time. In addition, you will: Review and assess contractor and subcontractor Quality Plans , inspection test plans (ITPs) and quality procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements Drive a Right First-Time culture across the project, promoting quality excellence, defect prevention and continuous improvement throughout all construction activities. Lead the implementation of Lean construction and continuous improvement practices , identifying and eliminating waste, improving productivity, and driving efficient project delivery outcomes Participate in field inspections, material testing, equipment installation verification and startup activities to validate quality performance Track, manage and facilitate the timely resolution of quality observations, non-conformances and defects in accordance with established service level objectives (SLOs) Lead mock-up inspections, quality benchmarking activities and acceptance reviews to establish construction quality expectations and standards Coordinate closely with the Commissioning Agent and project teams to support construction completion, turnover readiness and punch list closure What Makes You Remarkable?
