## Description

Why Harvey At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Role Overview This role owns what happens on stage at Harvey’s global events, most notably FORUM , our conference series convening leaders from across the legal profession to explore how AI, new operating models, and shifting talent dynamics are reshaping how legal teams work. You’ll decide what attendees see, hear, and experience: the executive narrative, the speaker lineup, the session design, and the editorial bar that makes every edition feel unmistakably Harvey. This is an editorial role and an execution role in equal measure. Roughly half of your time goes to decisions and drafting: what earns a place on the program and how it’s framed. The other half goes to driving people and deadlines: getting speakers confirmed and prepared, moving the Product Keynote across teams, and keeping dozens of moving pieces on schedule. The role sits at the intersection of content, product marketing, and executive engagement, and it’s critical to making FORUM a high-quality moment for customers, prospects, and the legal community. What You'll Do Own the plan from first concept to final run-of-show, managing multiple concurrent workstreams against fixed event dates. Project manage the Harvey Product Keynote end to end, working with Product and Product Marketing to decide what gets showcased and how, and driving content, rehearsals, and approvals to deadline. Source, schedule, and manage [30+] speakers per event, from first outreach through rehearsal and day-of support, including shaping talking points and running prep calls. Build and maintain the trackers, playbooks, and run-of-show documents (session trackers, timelines) that let programming scale across editions and geographies. Curate the full agenda: session descriptions, breakout talk tracks, and content across multiple stages, making sure every session earns its place and ladders up to the event’s strategic goals. Build and maintain Harvey’s speaker bench: a living database of customers, prospects, and industry voices, with notes on topics, speaking strength, and relationship owners. Get to know our customer base closely, working with Customer Engagement and Customer Success to spot, recruit, and prepare customer speakers, and turn their work into on-stage content before anyone asks. Partner across Production, Marketing, Creative, and Enablement so content decisions translate cleanly into the live event experience. Analyze post-event data and feedback to inform content strategy, speaker selection, and format decisions for future editions. Give Leadership clear, organized updates on progress, risks, and open decisions. What You Have 7+ years of experience in events, content, or programming roles, ideally with exposure to flagship or high-visibility conferences. Strong project management skills, with a
