We’re looking for a Content Studio Global Lead to establish, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a global content studio for one of the world’s leading brands. Your key responsibilities will be: Operations and Process Excellence Set-up and implementation: Design, configure and implement the Content Studio’s ways of working (WoW) and processes. End-to-end operational management: Directly and hands-on oversee the full set-up of the WPP Open management platform and the rollout of its capabilities, as well as the conceptual design and reporting tools. First point of escalation: Serve as the first point of contact for operational matters and escalations for the client (Peranel) and delivery teams. Cross-team coordination: Coordinate with Media, Technology and Production teams to tailor and optimise responses to requests, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency. Internal collaboration: Work closely with the PMO Lead on a daily basis to resolve operational issues and evolve the operating model, and with the Creative, Production and Strategy leads to ensure the right teams and processes are in place. Team Leadership and Culture Lead the business by providing direct guidance to the team. Support the PMO Lead in identifying, managing and, where necessary, changing the talent assigned to different workstreams and projects. Foster a strong “One Team” spirit across cross-functional teams, locations (London, Barcelona and India) and the client. Commercial, Financial and KPI Management Financial oversight: Monitor financial performance and track the Studio’s operational KPIs.
