Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the intake, tracking, and closure of legal requests and matters, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to established processes. Maintain legal repositories, contract databases, and document management systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Support legal reporting and performance tracking through the preparation and maintenance of dashboards, metrics, and operational reports. Monitor contract and document lifecycle activities, including filing, archiving, and renewal tracking. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the processing of legal requests, approvals, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance legal operations processes, workflows, and service delivery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, contract administration, or a similar role. Experience managing legal documentation, records, and workflow tracking processes. Exposure to legal, compliance, governance, or corporate services functions is preferred. Legal Operations & Administration Contract & Document Management Reporting & Data Analysis Stakeholder Coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
