## Description

Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented products counseling attorney to support our Amazon Web Services (AWS) healthcare and life sciences development teams. In this role, you will work directly with the business team to develop AWS AI products and services at the intersection of emerging agentic technology and the future of healthcare. Your role will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including public policy, privacy, marketing and go-to-market teams. Key job responsibilities You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business to innovate and scale quickly. The successful candidate will be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. A day in the life Provide day-to-day legal support for Healthcare and Life Sciences AI and other AI-related clinical and product efforts. - Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies - Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams throughout the product lifecycle - Drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements About the team AWS is at the forefront of the cloud computing industry, providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database services, artificial intelligence and machine learning, agentic AI and more.
