Key job responsibilities - Manage an end-to-end project with one of Amazon's HR teams in EMEA over a 12-week period - Collaborate with senior management and business partners, as well as cross-functional HR support teams, to gain a 360-degree view of Amazon's approach to human resources - Learn and contribute to Amazon's approach to hiring and developing top talent - Support people operations and help preserve Amazon's peculiar culture in the way we attract, hire, and develop talented people - Work cross-functionally across areas such as compensation, onboarding, training and development, talent acquisition, and international HR - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement creative solutions across HR teams worldwide - Deliver a continuously improving employee experience by thinking broadly and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment - Gain insight into managerial strategy and concepts, understanding everything that goes on behind the scenes to ensure teams have what they need to develop and retain a high-powered workforce A day in the life No two days are the same as an HR Partner Intern (Corporate) at Amazon. You will participate in cross-functional meetings with HR colleagues, including international HR teams, working through process improvements that impact teams worldwide.
