The Difference You Make: The Cash Management Strategy VP will lead the strategic growth and transformation of Santander's global Cash Management business, driving expansion, product innovation, and cross-functional execution in the US and aligned with other international markets. Key responsibilities include: Define and execute strategic growth initiatives, identifying new revenue opportunities and expanding Cash Management capabilities across Santander's global footprint. Develop go-to-market strategies for multinational corporations and large corporate clients, uncovering wallet opportunities and supporting Sales and Coverage teams in complex client engagements, RFP/RFI, and/or unsolicited proposals. Partner with Product Management to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, optimize pricing, and drive innovation across global cash management solutions. Build executive-level dashboards and strategic insights for senior leadership, tracking commercial performance, client adoption, and key business metrics. Analyze industry trends and competitive dynamics across payments, liquidity management, virtual accounts, APIs, ISO 20022, instant payments, and digital treasury to inform strategic decisions. Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by coordinating Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to deliver strategic programs and business cases. Collaborate with global stakeholders across Banking & Corporate Finance, Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Product, and Origination teams to align priorities and accelerate execution. Maintain the strategic roadmap through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and client research, ensuring continued innovation and sustainable business growth. Train and enable Sales, Coverage, and cross-functional teams on currently available cash management and payments solutions, while building awareness of forward-looking initiatives, emerging capabilities, and the strategic roadmap.
