## Description

The future must be created. If you can make these, we want you in our lab. Chemistry is the invisible layer under every critical system, and the supply chain behind it has become a weapon. Ohr makes the molecules that matter most, from the atom up: energetics, propellants, rare-earth extractants and the ignition chemicals already in production today. The Creationary Hackathon is how we're finding the early-career chemists who will build these molecules with us, and the problems below come straight from the work we do every day. Three problems. Pick one, or take on all three. Show us how you build. Who You Are Chemists finishing a degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in 2027, or up to three years out. Organic, inorganic, physical, materials, and chemical engineering backgrounds all welcome. You are energized by solving differently.
