Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, applying an understanding of shifting priorities to ensure the best use of everyone's time. - Plan, organize, and execute team events and meetings, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external partners. - Create and process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and policies. - Build and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvements that increase team efficiency and drive consistent results. - Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, track key deliverables to completion, and follow up on outstanding action items.
