About this role You’ll support the Customer Marketing (CM) On-trade team, partnering with the Greater Shanghai sales team, to utilize commercial A&P to drive depletion in T2 distributor-to-outlet volume within the on-trade channel. Ensure acceptable ROI in line with Commercial Finance guidance and the company’s Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) policy. Drive on-trade key account (large contract outlet) business in partnership with RSD/RSM/RSA. You will be responsible for: 1. Commercial A&P & On-trade Depletion Partner with the Greater Shanghai sales team to utilize commercial A&P to drive T2 distributor-to-outlet volume in the on-trade channel. Achieve acceptable ROI following Commercial Finance guidance and the company’s M&E policy. 2. On-trade Key Account Business Partner with RSD/RSM/RSA to: Identify the investment model for key accounts. Track contract progress. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or sales. Preferably in beer, spirits, or FMCG companies.
