Performance Management- Ensure customer lead time and fill rate targets are met, and analyze NAVs to identify root causes and corrective actions. Present relevant performance reports to stakeholders. Initiate alignment with local CS and the Account Team on the total demand plan (Service, FCOs, Install, UF) and the corresponding supply plan across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons, including NPI details such as definition and release status. Improve cooperation between local and central logistics on volume and NPIs.
