Your mission is to transform raw operational and market data into actionable insights that power our rapid expansion. You will dive deep into specialized data streams, helping our growth teams identify customer behavior trends, optimize conversion funnels, and make sharp, data-driven decisions. If you are a proactive problem solver obsessed with metrics, love untangling complex databases and spreadsheets, and want to see your analytical work directly impact product growth, this role is built for you. What You Will Learn & Own Data Querying & Dashboards: Query databases using SQL and design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor key growth metrics, performance indicators, and operational trends. Proactive Problem-Solving & Growth Analytics: Independently analyze customer acquisition, retention, and campaign data to spot patterns, isolate growth bottlenecks, solve operational problems, and recommend strategic improvements without waiting for assigned tasks. Data Interpretation: Read and interpret dashboard performance daily, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable summaries for cross-functional teams. Specialization Data Support: Work directly with specialized datasets to run ad-hoc SQL queries and analyses that validate hypothesis testing and new growth channels. Who You Are Educational Background: Currently an undergraduate student or a recent graduate in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Toolkit (SQL & Metabase): Proficient in SQL for data extraction/querying and experienced with BI & visualization tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau. Self-Starter & Proactive: Takes initiative to identify gaps and solve problems independently rather than waiting for task assignments. Fast-Learner "Plug & Play" Mindset: A fast, adaptable learner who can quickly get up to speed with new tools, workflows, and business domains. Balanced AI Usage: Capable of leveraging AI tools smartly to boost productivity while keeping reliance to a minimum to rely heavily on core analytical thinking, problem-solving, and fundamental data skills. Internship Details Start Date: Mid-November 2026 Duration: 6 months Future Opportunity: Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance and business needs.
