Your Impact Analyze business processes, find gaps and identify improvement opportunities. Strong Data analytics and visualization skills: Work with large amount of data and have business context to derive meaningful insights from the analysis of the data. Present data and insights in a logical, influential manner to drive data driven business decisions. Capture the inventory of Supply Chain data sources, dashboards, measurements, and metrics to prepare and manage integrated data architecture. Support the team by automating complex processes into actionable solutions that help optimize streamline operational workflow. Minimum Qualifications Meet one of the following (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months): -A Bachelor's degree with 0 years of work experience; or -An educational or workforce development program (e.g., Associate’s, Apprenticeship, Boot camp, or Certification) with 1 year of work experience; or -High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of work experience. Qualifying education and work experience should be in Data analysis, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related program Python, Python libraries, and R with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization Strong mathematical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with big-data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++ Exposure to Machine Learning Knowledge of Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) Why Cisco?
