The Data & Analytics Division supports business transformation through data engineering, data migration, data governance, data architecture, and documentation. 【Job Description】 • Assist in reviewing data systems and documenting improvement opportunities. • Create and maintain data models, mappings, metadata, and data dictionaries under senior guidance. • Perform data preparation across Landing, Staging, and Refined zones on Azure-based data platforms. • Execute mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation for data migration and MDM projects. • Prepare validation evidence, audit trails, issue logs, and quality-control documentation. • Support the development, testing, and monitoring of ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Informatica, Python, and similar tools. • Maintain metadata, data catalogs, data quality records, MDM documentation, and data-sharing guidelines. • Collaborate with business SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to investigate and resolve data issues. • Use generative AI and other AI tools to classify, summarize, structure, and maintain technical and business documents while checking accuracy and confidentiality. 【 Education and Training after Joining the Company 】 Learn data modeling, migration, ETL/ELT, governance, and documentation through hands-on delivery while working closely with experienced data engineers and architects and receiving guidance from senior team members. 【 Selling Points of This Position 】 • Work in a decentralized architecture environment with autonomy and real impact. • Contribute to critical enterprise transformation programs. • Benefit from a flexible hybrid-work culture. • Collaborate with global experts across NN Group. • Build practical experience in data architecture, migration, governance, cloud data platforms, and AI-assisted document management. 【 Perspective of Future Career in this Position 】 Build hands-on experience and develop toward roles such as Data Engineer, Data Architect, or a specialist in data governance and MDM. 【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】 ＜Must＞ • Foundational knowledge or practical
