This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities . You will guide a team of data engineers/architects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Enterprise Architecture, Application Teams, Business Owners), and act as the central driver of our core data initiatives—including the migration from legacy system to new system. You will define and enforce data governance policies (data modeling, data quality, metadata, catalog, MDM) and ensure their adoption across the company. You will also educate engineers on data architecture principles and act as a thought leader who continuously explores industry trends and emerging technologies. 【 Key Responsibilities 】 1. Lead Data Architecture & Enterprise Modeling • Review current and future data systems; design improvements aligned with business goals. • Lead modeling for relational databases (Star Schema, SCDs), MDM domains, and enterprise data integration patterns.
