Join us as a Data Infrastructure & MI Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives decision-making across our unsecured lending business. Leading a specialist analytics team, you'll ensure high quality, reliable data and reporting while providing the insights that help colleagues understand performance, manage risk and deliver better outcomes for customers. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of data and reporting, working at the heart of a business that values innovation, accuracy and continuous improvement. You'll help define how data is structured, accessed and used to support reporting, customer analysis and business insight. From developing new data sources and introducing automation to improving reporting capabilities and adopting new technologies, you'll help transform the way information is delivered across the organisation. We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in analytics, data, reporting or credit risk, excellent technical expertise across tools such as SQL, SAS, Python and Power BI, and a proven ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders. Alongside your technical and strategic impact, you'll play a key leadership role across wider business change, championing strong data governance, controls and regulatory compliance. You'll lead and develop a high performing team of analysts and specialists, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture while representing analytics at senior leadership level. You'll play a key role in shaping the team's focus, reviewing risks, priorities and upcoming changes to ensure effort is directed towards the areas that deliver the greatest value.
