## Description

State Street Global Delivery Core Data Operations team is a growing team within Investment Services that manages Global Delivery’s data across all domains and serves as the last mile for data delivery. This team is tasked with ensuring data accuracy through centralization of all data delivery, creating consistency and transparency while driving client satisfaction and building trust. In addition, we’re building new revenue streams such as IS Data Services and are looking for the ideal candidate to serve as a Data Operations Client Solutions Lead. We are seeking a versatile individual in a Vice President role with strong data analysis and technical skills to lead the support of new services and offerings across Global Delivery. This qualified individual will lead daily operations, collaborate on data delivery initiatives, provide data and business solutions, and will collaborate with technology and product partners. This leader will be expected to build relationships and collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders in order to contribute to the timely execution of long-term strategic plans for building out sophisticated data solutions. This leader will manage a team of contributors focused on data quality, set expectations for data delivery, and build scalable solutions for clients. Why this job is important to us? The successful candidate must be skilled in analyzing our complex business service flows across front, middle, and back office operating models, with a focus on data management and delivery. In this client facing role, they will also be driving the strategic solution design, business architecture, and business solutions/services while driving program/project execution and reporting. What you will be responsible for? Lead a team to design a service and manage the implementation, onboarding and provide ongoing operational support of new clients. Develop process improvements for requirements gathering and manage data operations priorities and escalations Build an omnichannel data delivery system and establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Operations, Technology, Product and E2E architecture teams to influence and coordinate cross-functional business data solutions and products, in support of client and business goals. IS Data Services Client facing role to our large investment management clients with oversight of reporting on data quality and data delivery methods Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support product demand opportunities as part of data strategy. Possess strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management/Investment services with focus on user data requirements. Work with business and technology partners to establish clear connections between business goals, strategies, and the data and technology investments required to achieve them. Communicates recommendations to management/senior business leaders through effective written and oral communication. Lead and mentor data quality SME’s with clear vision to meet KPI’s. Assist with pricing strategies and product policies. What we value? These skills will help you succeed in this role: Strong technical skills with a background in Accounting, Custody, and/or Performance Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills. Capable of identifying and interpreting wider-ranging issues: ‘Big picture’ understanding. Creation of data and business process flows and defining the business problem, solution, and design using various tools. Proven experience with business requirements analysis to meet critical business needs, must display an ability to drive tasks through to completion. Experience with design and optimization of user experience across different interfaces to maximize engagement and adoption
