What You'll Do As a Specialist within Retail Banking Operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless banking operations. You will: Support customers through chat and voice channels, assisting with banking products, payments, cards, and online banking inquiries. Manage customer requests and complaints from start to resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, adhering to risk controls, and identifying service improvement opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert, handling complex cases and supporting team performance and productivity goals. What We're Looking For Fluent in GERMAN language, must have a B2 certification. College graduate with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Retail Banking, Shared Services, or a BPO environment. Strong English communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex processes.
