About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef De Partie to join Wild Wadi Waterpark . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Organise the section's mise-en-place, food preparation and service to ensure efficient kitchen operations and consistently high-quality food. Allocate tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, monitor performance and provide one-to-one training to ensure duties are carried out to the required standards. Check daily food preparation for portion size, quantity and quality in line with approved recipes and established culinary standards. Prepare food and dry-store requisitions and kitchen transfers, supporting effective stock rotation and the efficient use of ingredients. Complete daily checks for mise-en-place and food storage, while ensuring HACCP requirements, personal hygiene and established food safety standards are consistently followed. Work closely with the Service and Culinary teams, communicate relevant operational information between shifts and support special events and changing operational requirements. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star international environment , ideally with fine-dining or luxury international brand experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and HACCP certification . Good culinary operational knowledge, with the ability to maintain food quality, recipe, hygiene, storage and food safety standards. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office , with experience using a Recipe Maintenance System preferred. Clear written and spoken English, with strong teamwork, organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a multicultural environment. Pre-opening or previous Middle East experience would be advantageous.
