DFE Service Product Manager Description - The DFE team within the Service Product Quality (SPQ) Department is looking for a DFE Service Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a large installed base of more than 6,300 DFE systems worldwide and overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from new product introduction and field implementation through end-of-life management. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple disciplines, develop broad expertise, and contribute to strategic initiatives that impact both HP Indigo and our customers. It also provides significant opportunities for professional growth and career development. As a DFE Service Product Manager, you will serve as the service focal point for the product, combining technical, business, and operational leadership to drive productivity, Total Customer Experience (TCE), and business improvements. The role involves close collaboration with multiple organizations across HP Indigo, including R&D, Marketing, Operations, and regional service teams worldwide.
