Basic qualifications - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer Preferred qualifications - Experience with chip design, Verilog and System Verilog - Experience with scan insertion tools, ATPG, gate-level simulations - Advanced knowledge of verification platforms including UVM test bench, FPGA, and emulator environments - Advanced scripting skills in Perl/Tcl Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
