At ING we are looking for a Digital Business Expert - Account & services Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Surfing Account squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe The responsibility of this team is to give an outstanding service to transactional customers, as well as develop them towards MPB. In addition, there are added value services such as travel plan, Global Exchange or Tax Down, that we want to offer in the best way to our customers, to increase their engagement and satisfaction with the bank. Your key responsibilities: As a Digital Business Expert of Surfing Account, you will: - Contributing to the development of our customers, by offering added value services that they can contract and promoting that they bring their payroll to become into Mobile Primary Bank - Continuous follow-up of different campaigns, hand-by-hand with Marketing and CI. - Designing communication strategy to increase the penetration in the different services - Having the operative and financial risk under control, according to the internal and external regulatory framework - Leading our partners relationship, ensuring smooth communication. - Building strong and healthy communication with all the ING Stakeholders to reach our goals - Increase customer satisfaction, managing the Voice of the Customers and proposing improvements What are we looking for?
