You'll be the on-site digital representative for the digital finance solutions providing a vital link between our local Kinston site and the central ERP Centre of Excellence (CoE) for all these subjects. Initially, you will be the Digital Finance leader to ensure the deployment of our digital finance solutions (local & central) to the Kinston site and facilitate the move to the end state finalizing the transition to Airbus. This means looking beyond the immediate transition, understanding the bigger picture, being familiar with the strategy and the different digital finance solutions, and supporting decisions that align with our long-term objectives. Beyond this, you'll play a crucial role to ensure overall consistency and ensure the Digital Finance solutions are maintained by anticipating evolutions needed. In the meantime, this role will support the creation and stabilization of a small Digital Finance team in the North America Region in order to be able to face current and future challenges. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role for Digital Finance in North America, supporting immediate key projects and activities, and contributing strategically to the success of our manufacturing ramp-up in a dynamic environment undergoing significant transformation in the North America Region. .
