The Director will provide enterprise leadership for IT financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment governance, cost transparency, vendor financial management, and value realization. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to the Finance and Procurement organizations representing IT and providing inputs to leaders within these organizations. The Director will establish the standards, controls, insights, and decision forums required to manage technology investments, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and strategic vendor commitments with transparency and financial discipline. Advise the CIO and senior technology leadership on investment allocation, affordability, financial risk, portfolio trade-offs, and opportunities to improve business value from technology spending. Establish decision rights, financial controls, management-review forums, reporting standards, and accountability mechanisms for IT portfolio, product, platform, service, and program owners. Lead vendor financial management across strategic IT suppliers, including spend plans, actuals, forecasts, accruals, contract commitments, renewal assumptions, consumption trends, rate structures, and financial-performance reporting.
