About the role We're hiring a Director of Corporate Infrastructure to define and lead Nscale's global corporate infrastructure capability as we scale across offices, data-centre locations, cloud environments and remote teams. You'll own the strategy, architecture, standards and operational performance of our corporate infrastructure estate, spanning corporate networks, WAN connectivity, office infrastructure, corporate cloud services, monitoring and observability. You'll establish a secure, resilient and scalable infrastructure model, with clear boundaries between corporate infrastructure, cloud, production networks and operational technology environments. You'll work closely with Information Security, Data Centre Operations, Cloud, Engineering and external service providers, building the corporate infrastructure capability as Nscale grows. What you'll be doing Infrastructure Strategy and Architecture Define and deliver our global corporate infrastructure strategy, architecture and roadmap. Establish standards for resilience, segmentation, security, monitoring, observability and lifecycle management. Design infrastructure models that support new offices, acquisitions, data-centre locations and international growth. Maintain clear ownership boundaries across infrastructure environments, and govern technical designs, exceptions and significant changes. Corporate Networks and Connectivity Own the corporate WAN connecting offices, data-centre locations, cloud services and remote users. Define standards for internet connectivity, SD-WAN, private connectivity, routing and resilience. Own corporate LAN, Wi-Fi, guest networks and office internet services, with secure segmentation across corporate, guest and operational networks. Manage carriers, managed-service providers and network contracts. Cloud, Monitoring and Tooling Own corporate cloud infrastructure standards and operating models for internal technology services, including cloud connectivity, landing zones, access, resilience and cost governance. Own infrastructure monitoring, observability, configuration management and diagnostic tooling. Define availability, performance, capacity and service-health metrics, and improve automation, alerting, reporting and operational workflows. Remote Access and Infrastructure Security Define secure remote-access and connectivity patterns for employees, contractors and third parties, and own or govern VPN, zero-trust network access and network authentication services. Partner with Information Security on segmentation, access control, logging and infrastructure-security requirements. Ensure firewalls, infrastructure configurations and administrative access are securely governed, and support security investigations, audits and remediation. Office and Data-Centre Site Infrastructure Own infrastructure standards for offices, admin buildings and corporate spaces within data-centre locations. Provide technical oversight for office openings, moves, expansions and fit-outs. Work with Data Centre Operations to define support boundaries for corporate, production and operational technology networks. Ensure local infrastructure is
