Leading our High Brand Risk (HBR) and Prohibited Activity Monitoring programs, you will act as a critical first line of defense, working across the enterprise to develop and implement cutting-edge transaction monitoring solutions. In this high-profile role, you will lead a dynamic team of Risk Specialists to ensure participants uphold our network standards and comply with evolving domestic and international regulatory requirements. Widen our intelligence aperture to bring in new signals from new providers and implement a clear A/B testing protocol for 3rd party partnerships. Consult & Collaborate: Consult with Executives to determine the optimal interaction model with Payment Schemes and external participants, fostering positive relationships, proactive registration outreach, and transparent compliance standards. Programmatic Uplift and Framework Development: Drive the strategic finalization of the High Brand Risk (HBR) category and sub-category framework. You will establish risk tolerance guardrails for complex merchant activities (e.g., skill-based gaming, online gambling, adult content, regulated products, digital currency). Contour and implement enforcement protocol and compliance standards across our Anomaly Detection and Investigation: Perform critical assessments on network anomalies, deceptive practices, and transaction laundering to mitigate regulatory and reputational risk, ensuring strict adherence to Operating Regulations and mandates (e.g., UIGEA / Reg GG), as well as elevated laws and regulations in areas which pose increased risk. Extensive Gap Assessments: Perform extensive gap assessments on legacy transaction monitoring tools and investigation workflows. Create technology integration requirements to ensure scalable, data-driven business decisions across HBR and Prohibited Investigations processes, tools, and platforms. Drive Process Excellence: Use advanced analytical skills to assess and improve processes and operations. Focus on automating logic-based rules, refining referral sources, and standardizing noncompliance fee assessment decision trees. Scale Governance & Oversight: Drive large-scale Process Management and Governance, overseeing Quality Assurance frameworks, acquirer monitoring programs, compliance attestations, and executive reporting. Empower Dynamic Teams: Lead and develop multifaceted teams segmented across Strategy, Program Administration, Investigations, and Operations. Foster a culture of
