Fetch is hiring a Director of Executive Operations to architect and run Fetch’s executive operating system. You will design the systems that govern how the leadership team sets priorities, measures performance, and drives execution at scale. Partnering directly with the COO, you will own the infrastructure behind decision-making velocity, metric integrity, and cross-functional alignment. This is a builder role for an operator who thrives on turning complexity into structured, high-functioning systems and who takes pride in making organizations run with precision. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Role Responsibilities: Executive Operating System Ownership: Architect and run Fetch’s executive operating system, translating company strategy into structured mechanisms that drive alignment, accountability, and execution across the leadership team. Business Performance Governance: Own the company’s single source of truth for core business metrics (e.g., users, CAC, LTV), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and real-time visibility. Build processes that enforce accountability, surface discrepancies, and elevate insights for executive decision-making. Rhythm of Business (RoB) & Leadership Cadence: Design and optimize the company’s executive cadence, including leadership meetings, QBRs, and offsites. Set agendas, curate pre-reads, and implement decision frameworks that drive clear outcomes, fast decisions, and disciplined follow-through. OKR Architecture & Execution Alignment: Lead the design and implementation of Fetch’s OKR framework, ensuring alignment
