ROLE SUMMARY: Do you enjoy partnering with commercial leaders to shape high-value deals, influence business decisions and drive commercial performance? As Director, Finance Commercial Operations, we will look to you to lead the Commercial Operations agenda for Sales & Account Management (SAM), partnering with regional commercial leaders, deal teams and business divisions to support growth, profitability and strong customer outcomes. We work closely with our commercial teams to provide financial oversight on customer deals, ensuring decisions align with business objectives, pricing frameworks, licensing models, commercial policy and regulatory requirements. The role plays a central part in deal governance, providing recommendations on deal structures, approvals, risk considerations and commercial outcomes while working across Legal, Product, Tax, Order Management, Compliance, Credit Management and Commercial Policy to help ensure agreements are practical, commercially sound and executable. We are committed to creating consistency in how commercial decisions are made across our markets. This role supports the interpretation and application of commercial policies, manages exceptions and helps deliver global initiatives locally. It also leads annual price increase activity, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives to maximise value and performance. Working closely with Sales & Account Management teams, the successful candidate will help strengthen negotiation strategies, financial outcomes and deal quality while supporting improvements to commercial processes, governance materials and team capability.
