You will work directly with the Card Business Leadership Team, the Card Finance Leadership Team, and key senior leaders across various Finance disciplines, including Corporate Planning, Accounting, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning, and Corporate Development. You are expected to adhere to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination At least 4 years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function At least 3 years of people management experience Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) 5+ years’ experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function 4+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).
