Job Summary: Lead PayPal Bank’s infrastructure, cloud platforms, technology operations, operational resilience, disaster recovery, and first-line information security functions. The role is accountable for delivering secure, resilient, highly available, and regulator-ready technology services that support the Bank’s operations. This leader will establish and operate effective cyber controls, partner with PayPal’s enterprise infrastructure and security organizations, and work closely with the Bank’s Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams to meet regulatory expectations and enterprise security standards.
