Minimum 10 years in financial sector audit and/or professional audit standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Accountability, leadership, initiative, teamwork, change agent and impact and influence Strong inter-personal skills including interaction/dealing with executives and senior management and ability to maintain a strong relationship with staff, peers and stakeholders Risk management and audit expertise Expert in-depth knowledge of regulatory guidance, IIA Standards, Practice Advisories and Practice Guides Strong working background/experience with major business segments of RBC or comparable peer bank Ability to develop a strong knowledge of RBC guidelines and processes and ability to access in-house subject matter experts Strong analytical, communication, strategic and creative mindset Excellent planning and organizational skills Leadership by example in teamwork, cross-unit cooperation and information sharing. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
