About the Role A Director of AI Enablement Product Management is a strategic hands-on product leader who will fundamentally rethink how the eData product organization - and ultimately Capital One - works with AI. You will act as the tip of the spear in driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI workflows, transforming our operations at every level: the tools we build, the processes we follow, and the mechanisms we use to measure success. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is thoroughly AI-native and has already experimented with being AI-Native at scale. You don't just strategize about AI; you are at the absolute forefront of using these tools yourself to multiply your own output, transform your daily workflows, and ship products faster. You know what "good" looks like for an AI-augmented product lifecycle because you live it. You have a builder’s mindset and the strategic vision to scale that personal productivity superpower across a massive enterprise organization—transforming the tools we build, the processes we follow, and the mechanisms we use to measure success. Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment This role is designated as a hybrid position. You are expected to adhere to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of actively utilizing AI productivity, prototyping, and coding tools (e.g., advanced LLM prompting, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0) to accelerate your own product workflows, technical discovery, and delivery Experience translating complex business strategy and operational bottlenecks into scalable internal AI products, developer platforms, or automated enterprise workflows (rather than traditional consumer-facing apps) Experience with scaled product operations in fast pace, tech-forward environments Proven success architecting and scaling internal developer platforms, AI architectures, or enterprise
