Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview This role is a key technology leadership role responsible for enabling reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations across manufacturing, laboratory, R&D, and other operational sites. This role partners with site leadership, Operations, Engineering, Laboratory, Quality, R&D, and enterprise technology teams to align technology services with local business priorities. The position provides strategic and operational oversight for site technology performance, service delivery, infrastructure, laboratory technology, application support, resilience, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will serve as the primary technology partner for supported sites, translating operational requirements into clear technology priorities and ensuring that solutions are delivered with appropriate reliability, security, quality, and lifecycle management. The role also helps ensure that technology supporting regulated or quality-sensitive processes is operated in accordance with applicable company controls and business requirements.
