Job Summary: This job involves developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans that align with PayPal's strategic goals and objectives. The Director manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and drives cost-saving initiatives. They analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Execute the organization's sourcing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and delivers value. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, cost savings, and quality improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define material, quality, and service requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies. Develop and use scorecards to measure and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing operations. Explore and evaluate new sources, methods, and vendors to ensure a reliable supply of materials. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
