Advisors & Consulting Services Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. You will combine consulting problem-solving, data-driven marketing and hands-on execution, and will help turn customer and portfolio insights into scalable acquisition, activation, engagement and retention strategies with measurable business impact. You will be able to operate as the go-to Growth expert for Marketing Services, independently shaping complex client solutions, challenging project teams, supporting commercial conversations and codifying best practices that can be scaled across markets. You will mentor and coach junior teammates inside and outside of direct engagement teams and engender effective contribution to Mastercard’s knowledge management and Marketing best practices within the Growth context.
