Title and Summary Director, Technical Program Management Overview: Business & Market Insights (B&MI), at Mastercard, helps organizations turn data into actionable outcomes by providing intelligence, analytics, and consulting capabilities that enable businesses to run more effectively, optimize performance, and identify new growth opportunities. B&MI empowers customers to make informed decisions, improve efficiency and profitability, and accelerate innovation through data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and market intelligence Role: This will be the Director of Program Managers for the Portfolio, Intake and Governance group under B&MI Program Governance. Responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, developing roadmap strategies, and overall demand management of 10+ Programs within our area. This role works closely with all our partner groups ensuring clear communication and priority of B&MI needs. They lead a team of TPM's to be B&MI's voice through all our shared service partners. All About You: • Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion • Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization • Partner across roles and teams to ensure dependencies and risks are identified, well understood, and managed • Strong leadership with the ability to drive teams with many changing priorities and needs • Deep knowledge of financial planning for Programs to help them track and ensure optimal focus on key initiatives • Proactively identify roadblocks and challenges, and brainstorm and execute contingency plans throughout project execution • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
