Purpose: The District Business Manager (DBM) has full responsibility for delivering and executing the district’s business strategy and tactics, developing strong business relationships with partners, people development and building a balanced talent pipeline. The DBM is responsible for the Surgical Vision business within the assigned district and will collaborate closely with other functional partners to achieve aligned goals. You will be responsible for: Managing the US Cataract and Refractive franchise for AMO in their respective district geography. Lead a complex team of direct reports including: Account Executives, Capital Sales Specialists, Premium Practice Specialists, and Key Account Executives with dotted line oversight of our Laser and Refractive Laser Specialists.
