ABOUT THE TEAM The Maneuver Dominance team is building Thunder - an autonomous attack rotorcraft built to fight alongside crewed combat aviation to deliver overwhelming mass effects deep beyond the front lines. The team in London builds the Mission System and the autonomy that makes aircraft like Thunder work. Autonomy is only as good as the link that carries it. Thunder is a compact airframe with weapons, sensors and radios competing for the same antenna real estate, flying low and in formation, in a spectrum that is actively contested. That is the problem you would own. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for someone to lead our Division Operations team based in Costa Mesa. Anduril’s Air Maneuver group within the Maneuver Dominance Division, one of Anduril’s fastest growing divisions, has assembled a diverse team of experts, including aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineers, alongside software, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and data analysis specialists. Together, we create cutting-edge vehicle-centric hardware and software solutions that radically evolve the capabilities of our customers. We are fielding the next generation of autonomous vehicle systems to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands. Our focus is on delivering advanced tactical unmanned vehicle systems, battlefield intelligence, and flexible ground and air autonomy solutions. We are actively developing and iterating on a portfolio of next-generation vehicle platforms, including Thunder, a fully autonomous VTOL platform designed for advanced persistent intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance. WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner with Division and Anduril leadership to build out and run the staffing machine for our organization, enabling efficient in country recruiting, facility and infrastructure standup, and allocation of resources as the organization scales. Support our corporate planning cycle by building and managing the local business operations functions such as monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets. Work with Product Engineering and Test and Evaluation teams to find and close operations gaps and ensure seamless execution of program schedule.
