About the programme The Dubai Holding Internship Programme is your gateway to real-world experience, professional growth and future career possibilities. Open to university students, this programme offers up to 16 weeks of immersive learning across our Group’s diverse businesses. Whether you are exploring your career path or gaining exposure in your field of study, this experience allows you to apply your knowledge in meaningful ways while contributing to impactful work. This programme is open to applicants of all nationalities. What you will gain Practical experience in your field of study/interest. Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. Who we are looking for Students currently enrolled in their third or fourth year of university or recent graduates who are interested in an internship within Dubai Holding. Minimum GPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent). Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for innovation and professional growth. UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply. Ability to join Dubai Holding between December 2026 and July 2027. Candidates will join for a minimum of four weeks, and a maximum of sixteen weeks.
