Wood is currently recruiting an E&I Plant Designer to join our Electrical & Instrumentation Team within the Life Science division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Bio Tech projects across Europe and internationally. Skills / Qualifications Strong experience with BIM tools , with proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit for E&I modeling Knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation design principles Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Fluent in Italian Fluent in English (C1 level appreciated) Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams Interest and aptitude for coordination of third parties and remote execution centers Strong passion for BIM technologies and digital engineering Availability to work on assignment at Clients’ or Wood’s sites/offices , when required High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree (technical background preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Company environment (Life Sciences, industrial plants or similar sectors are considered a plus) Compensation and compliance: Contract & Classification Contract type: Permanent Collective Agreement (CCNL): Industria Metalmeccanica (CNEL C011) Job Classification level: Impiegato, consistent with role requirements and applicable CCNL Compensation Gross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 40,000, paid in 14 instalments The compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits Variable pay and additional
