Early Careers Launch - Health Solutions Health & Benefits Role Type: New position Location available: Calgary, AB Launch Your Career in Health Solutions Aon is looking for soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates to join our Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions, with opportunities across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits and other related areas. You do not need to be an employee benefits expert on day one. Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how Health Solutions colleagues help clients understand what their employees value, manage rising healthcare costs and design smarter, more personalized benefit programs that support employee wellbeing and organizational competitiveness. As a Health Solutions colleague, you will build the skills, confidence and business knowledge needed to translate data and research into clear insights, contribute to employee benefits strategies and serve as a credible partner to clients and colleagues. Solution line focus: Helps organizations evaluate health and benefits programs, plan costs and future financial commitments related to employee benefits. Responsibilities may include: Supporting plan design analysis, cost trends, rate-setting, renewals, carrier bid reviews, employee contribution analysis, scenario analysis and valuation of retiree medical or disability plans. Exam Path: CIA The Launch Development Program Launch is a structured 10-month Early Career development program that combines meaningful work, business learning, professional development and relationship-building across Aon. The program helps you build a strong foundation for a long-term career through: On-the-job learning with brokers, client teams, account managers and solution line specialists. Business and professional development in Commercial Risk, Reinsurance, client service, communication, collaboration, problem solving and commercial awareness.
