The Role Our mobile showrooms bring the Pod to people where they are: at their offices, in their driveways and around their neighborhoods. Each visit is an intimate, one-on-one demo experience. As an Eight Sleep Advisor, you are the face of this activation and the reason someone goes from curious to convinced. Your role is to deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to every guest, guiding them through the Pod's technology, consulting on how it fits their lifestyle, and facilitating a seamless sale. The Pod is a premium, high-consideration product. The people who excel in this role are consultative sellers: they listen first, identify needs, and position Eight Sleep as the answer to a problem the guest didn't fully know they had. This is a hands-on sales role based in Eight Sleep's mobile retail showroom, which travels between high-traffic shopping destinations, major sporting events, and brand activations. The role involves travel and working across different cities as the program expands. You’ll start with our Dallas showroom through the end of the year. In January, we’re launching new mobile showrooms that will travel across the US, and we’d love for you to grow with us and join one of these tours. Ideal for someone who wants a long-term role with Eight Sleep and is excited to travel. What You'll Do Drive sales through engaging product demonstrations, personalized recommendations, and confident closing. Deliver an exceptional, premium customer experience that reflects the Eight Sleep brand. Own daily mobile retail operations, including opening and closing, inventory, showroom presentation, and transactions. Manage customer relationships from initial interaction through purchase, including follow-ups with interested prospects.
